Established in 2012, FCEP’s Leadership Academy provides the necessary orientation and skills development for those who aspire to become future leaders in emergency medicine.
The Academy is a year-long program that utilizes mentoring, networking and guided experiences so participants can grow professionally while pursuing a specific area of interest. Participants are expected to attend FCEP Board & committee meetings, conferences and ACEP events so they are fully exposed to the variety of leaders that exist within the field of emergency medicine. Upon completion of the program, participants can successfully matriculate into leadership positions.
Participants are accepted on a rolling basis. Sponsoring participants is an option for companies.
