Emergency Medicine Learning & Resource Center faculty successfully
complete National EMS Instructor Course

 
 

Orlando, FL -- June 19, 2006 -- The Emergency
Medicine Learning & Resource Center faculty members
Karen Crowe, REMT-P, RN;
Ivan Mustafa, REMT-P, MSN, ARNP-C;
   
Lloyd Parker, BS, REMT-P;
Shawn Treloar, REMT-P and
John Todaro, REMT-P, RN
have successfully completed the National EMS
Instructor Course sponsored by the National
Association of EMS Educators (NAEMSE).

The National EMS Instructor Course which includes 16 hours of online education and 24 hours of intense classroom and group dynamics is designed to meet the Department of Transportation/National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration 2002 Guidelines for educating EMS Instructors.

The Emergency Medicine Learning & Resource Center (EMLRC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and advancing emergency medicine, disaster management, pre-hospital emergency care and public health through the provision of educational and research programs. The EMLRC provides lifesaving education to lifesavers.
