Your completed online evaluation is required to receive your CME
certificate. Once you have completed the online evaluation a
certificate will be promptly issued to you from the EMLRC office.
By completing this evaluation you will provide the EMLRC with a
valuable resource to continue and improve future conferences and
educational programs. Your thoughts and comments are very valuable
to the EMLRC!
Cancellation Policy It is the policy of the Florida Emergency Medicine
Foundation to give a refund only if the request is made in writing
to the conference registrar 2 (two) weeks prior to the conference.
For all cancellations an administrative fee of $75.00 will be
retained.
